on the road

Surprisingly, there is internet here at some small way station in the middle of the outback! We're close to Tennent Creek tonight, a good 1000 kilometers south of Darwin. We will push on tomorrow, crossing into Queensland. If things go well, we should be in Cairns in Sunday. (Let's keep our fingers crossed the car doesn't break down on this trip.)
