dorm party

Yesterday I met up with Marie, a Danish tester who worked for Sega on a project last year. We wanted to try the hot chocolate at Harrod's. I had never been there before and it's a really strange place. Crammed and tasteless and incredibly expensive. The hot chocolate was great though!
We then took a walk through the city and down to the river. There a great stretch on the south bank between the London Eye and the Tade modern with many cafes and bars. We had Italian for dinner there and headed to a party in Marie's university dorm. Actually, we met her dorm mates on the way and went to a pub first and then to her dorm, where we danced, drank and talked until early morning.
Unfortunately, I had to work on Sunday and only got 2 hours of sleep. I dragged myself to work and survived my shift though.
