Matt's farewell

Matt had his farewell party this weekend as he is going back to New Zealand for a while. We met up at his hostel and then went to the Hoxten Pony. I didn't really know anybody else apart from Matt but got to know them quickly. Lots of Matt's colleagues from the Apple store were there. We stayed at the Pony until they closed the place and then moved over to the flat of one of the girls who was there. We continued to party there all night, dancing to a strange mix of our favourite music. Only at 7am did we all went to sleep there. We got up only a 3 hours later with ideas about breakfast. But instead we all squeezed into one of the beds together (6 people!) and stayed there for an hour. :) I was pretty hung-over and it took me a while to get rid of that. Nevertheless, I had a blast. We finally went to Brick Lane for beigels and coffee. I said goodbye to Matt with hopes to see him again next year.
