Anzac Day
Today is Anzac Day, which commemorates the soldiers who fought for Australia and New Zealand in all the wars. I went to the dawn service this morning, getting up at 5.30.
Later this morning we picked up our car, which was fixed. They replaced a few small things and cleaned a shitload of others. But when we hit the road, it broke down again, just outside town, and we had to be towed back to the repair shop again. One belt broke and the engine overheated (whereas before it just didn't start). So we have to stay another night now. Hopefully it will be fixed by then. I'm really sick on Coober Pedy now. There's just nothing to do here and there are too many flies.
