back in Sydney

After taking the overnight bus we are back in Sydney. This completes my 3-month tour of Australia, bringing me full circle back to the place I started at. I went 11,000 kilometers all around New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, the Northern Territory and Queensland - from Sydney to Melbourne, Adelaide, Alice Springs, Darwin, Cairns, Brisbane and back to Sydney.
Here in Sydney we're staying with the same people again I couchsurfed 3 month ago. Vroni is going to fly back to German on Tuesday, Tini in staying in Australia until august, and I will fly to Japan on Wednesday. I will use these last few days here to send some of my stuff back home via sea freight and plan out my time in Japan.
