Asia is beckoning!
Today I got up late and did all sorts of online stuff that I had put off before. It was raining and I had no other plans so I could just relax. After noon I met up with Vroni and Tini (who moved to my nice couchsurfing host today) and we went to Australia's biggest second hand book fair where we browsed through millions of books for a while. (I restricted myself to only buying two.) After that we went to the city again without really seeing anything important. The weather was quite cold again (15 degrees!) and I had to wear my jacket again for the first time since February.
I also managed to book my flight to Japan today! Yeah! :) On 20 June I will fly from Sydney to Osaka and spend several weeks in Japan. I already bought a lonely planet and I'm trying right now to specify my itinerary for the coming weeks there. I will definitely go to Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo, and probably one or two more places.

the biggest 2ndhand book fair? boy, am I jealous.
but never mind, I've just been to the 2ndhand-bookshop capital of the world - heehee:)
Unlike u, I couldn't (or wouldn't) restrain myself - bought 23 books and got bruises on my shoulders cause the backpack was SO heavy!
it was worth it though.
Sorry übrigens, dass ich mich so lang nicht gemeldet habe - habe irgendwie immer noch keinen richtigen Rhythmus in meinem Arbeitsleben:/ Will try+change that, and soon! till then, take care + have fun!
LG Hanne
