Ikebukuro

Because I'm going to climb Mt.Fuji tomorrow, I checked out the buses from Shinjuku to Kawaguchi at the base of the mountain. I'm going to meet up with the two Scottish girls and a few more people there tomorrow and we will start the climb early afternoon. This group is climbing as a charity event, and if I understood things correctly, they will do so in dresses! :) We booked a night at a mountain hut and will leave there very early morning (the middle of the night) on Saturday so we can be at the summit for sunrise.
I also went to a second hand book shop in Takadanobaba and a toy store in Ikebukuro, where I couldn't resist buying a cool Evangelion EVA model. ;)
