party on

I had to work yesterday, but managed to sneak out at 5 instead of staying until 10 like the others... I was invited to a party by one of our German translators (Jay) and went there in the evening together with Ilja. The place was in Kensal Green in Northwest London and had a good mix of Sega, Square Enix and other people. A good number of them German as well. I had a few drinks to many and fell asleep for a while before waking up at 4 or so. I talked with the other remaining survivor until 6. Since it would have been impossible to get home again, Ilja and I stayed there and slept until midday. We had a coffee with Jay and chatted for another hour before going home.
We all didn't quite feel that fit today so we took it easy today. Ilja and I met again this evening to watch a movie (Rushmore) and have dinner together.
I have to say this was a really nice weekend and I was glad to go to the party. I hope there will be more!
