going to Seattle


Today I'm off to Seattle. In a few hours I'm flying via Cincinnati and will arrive i Seattle at about 7pm. This is going to be my first experience with couchsurfing, as I'm going to stay with different people from now on.
Yesterday was a bit chaotic. I had some misunderstanding with Alison about where to meet and so we both waited for the other in different locations... And as I don't have a phone, she couldn't reach me. :/ But we finally managed to meet later. I also went to a talk with Parker about a certain type of pre-Inka architecture and its methods of construction. Alison, Parker and me had a last drink at the border cafe and said goodbye then. I really hope to return to Boston sooner or later. (And to make sure of that I left some stuff here.)
On a happier note, I also bought an ipod yesterday! :) After giving it much thought in the last year, I finally did it and got myself a shiny new black 30g video ipod.
