surfing & Diamond Head crater


Today I finally tried surfing. A couple of Germans here and a Japanese surfer went surfing this morning and I went along, rented a board and tried it for a few hours. I wasn't very good at it yet, but nobody showed me anything yet... It was fun though, just lying on the board and watching the pros. Unfortunately, I got sunburned as well...
In the afternoon, Christoph (another German) and I went on a small hike up Diamond Head crater near here. The view down to Honolulu and Waikiki was amazing! You could see all the surfers in the water. In the evening I want to see "Pursuit of Happiness" at the local Dollar cinema. I really liked the film and can thoroughly recommend it.
