rainy days

For some reason it started to rain yesterday (it wasn't supposed to this time of year). I'm getting a bit bored of Cairns as well, as I have nothing more to do here and I'm basically waiting to meet up with Vroni and Tini. They were supposed to arrive yesterday, but their plane had some problems and they had to land somewhere in the middle of nowhere (as I understood it). Hopefully, they will arrive today!
I didn't do much the last few days, just hung out with the English guys. We went to the movies and saw "Zodiac" by David Fincher, with one of my favorite actors Jake Gyllenhaal. The movie was quite good, although really long and tedious in the end. But that's due to the real story behind it. I hope we can go and see "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End" today! :)
