Saturday night and Sunday morning

I met up with Finn yesterday afternoon and we went to the Victoria & Albert Museum in Kensington for a bit, looking at various exhibitions. The museum is quite big and they have all sorts of stuff there. When the museum closed at 5.30 we went to eat something near Finn's hostel and then took the tube to Brixton to meet Ilja there. We met him at the station and started off with some drinks right there. The venue for the concert wasn't too far away and we got there just in time. The Windmill is quite small and there couldn't have been much more than 100 people. There were 2 openers and the main acts South San Gabriel and Centro-matic. We all enjoyed the show, although we had different favorites. We left at midnight, while Centro-matic was still in their encore. I called Giovanni to get the details for the party that was going on and we took the last tube to King's Cross. After a bit of navigating we found the place (all of us had some drinks at the concert and reading the map became more of a challenge). The party was still going strong when we got there and there were about 10-15 people or so. Some people left after a while but the hard core stayed and partied on. We were all quite drunk at that time, drinking everything from mulled while to mystery mixed drinks. We also danced to some strange music that Giovanni coaxed out of his ipod. At 5am or so we left and walked back to King's Cross. I had hoped to catch the first tube but on Sunday's they don't run before 7. So again we had to take the night bus home. Ilja wasn't really that fit anymore and I continuously had to wake him up when we had to change busses. In the end he sobered up again though and managed to get home by himself. And I fell into my bed at 7am.
