Hong Kong sightseeing
I did some sightseeing with my couchsurfing host Laetitita. We went to get Dim Sun for brunch and I tried chicken feet. (They taste okay but are mostly bones and almost no meat.) We took a ferry over to Lantau island to go up to the Po Lin monastery and the giant Tian Tan Buddha statue (the world's largest outdoor seated bronze Buddha statue). It was still very foggy so you couldn't see farther than 5 metres.
In the evening we went back to Kowloon and had a nice Bay Phoon dinner (famous Cantonese 'boat' cuisine). We had fried jellyfish, baby oysters and fish congee. After that we strolled around the Kowloon temple st. night market.
