love music hate racism

Today I went to the Love Music Hate Racism carnival in Victoria park. Finn told me about it and I met him and a few other people there. (Ilja had to work, unfortunately.) We were not that lucky with the weather and had some rain during the afternoon. But there were some sunny spots as well. The festival was free and there were lots of speeches about the upcoming election here in London and how to stop the Nationals. The music was good, but I didn't see that many acts. I mainly went because of Patrick Wolf (who I saw for the 4th time now!). He did a good show and the crowd loved it. Some of the others went to an afterparty later, but I didn't go because it takes me ages to get back home from East London.
