Na Pali

Today I hiked part of the famous hike along the Na Pali coast on the north shore of Kauai. I did the first 2 miles to a beach there and then another 2 miles to the bottom of a huge waterfall further inland. The path was really muddy and everyone hiking there got so dirty. It also rained once in a while. Some of the views there are truly spectacular. On the way there I unfortunately hurt my foot. It wasn't that bad at first but then got worse on the way back. I hiked back with a group I met there to be on the safe side. It took me quite a while to hike back and my foot really hurt in the end, it wasn't red or swollen though. I put some ice on it later and it's already getting better.
I also moved to a different hostel, as there was no bed left in the International Hostel. I'm staying at the Kauai Beach House now, which is a lot more relaxed.
