Fukuoka

I took the bus from Hiroshima to Fukuoka today, which is on the west coast of Japan, on the island of Kyushu. I arrived here in the afternoon and I'm couchsurfing here again. I will use take tomorrow to have a look around town and then take the overnight ferry over to Pusan, Korea, on Wednesday evening.
I'm couchsurfing here with an 34 year old Englishman called Peter who is really nice. We had quite a bit of sake together and talked a lot during the evening.
I just read about the earthquake in northwestern Japan and wanted to say that I didn't feel a thing about this down here! So no worries.
